You are invited to participate on-line in the Highlands and Islands Learning Centre Network's annual conference on Friday, 15th February 2008 starting at 12.15pm. This event will be taking place in hundreds of locations across Scotland. In fact, wherever there is a computer connected to the internet by a broadband connection you will be able to participate in the conference.
