Age Scotland - Free Dementia Training Available

Age Scotland are offering free training on Dementia Awareness and Inclusion over the coming weeks. All training is delivered online, via Zoom. Age Scotland are also able to deliver these sessions face to face, if requested.

There are also a series of self-study modules on Dementia Carers’ Rights Training, for those who may not be able to commit to regular training slots but can study in their own time.

 

Once you have signed up, the Dementia Training Team are notified via email. Upon receiving this they will set up an account for you on the learning platform, Moodle. You can expect an email with general instructions, including your username and password, to arrive in the following days. You will have access to course contents for two months from your starting date.

 

Please note: Sign-ups are only processed between 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday. You only need to sign up once and should not be concerned if you don't receive your instructions right away. If you have not received your email in over a week, please contact the team here.
