Equality Rep Network Resources

This section includes important resources on key topics reps identified as needing greater support on. This section is being updated regularly. While some of these resources are framed in a Trade Union context, others are from independent organisations, which should be considered when gathering information to relay to members.

Topics covered here include information on flexible working, equality legislation, Fair Work, Disability Discrimination, Mental Health, LGBTQ+ issues, issues around race discrimination, and equal pay. Please get in touch if you require information on a specific equalities topic. Scottish Union Learning Equalities Survey Summary of Results

Case Studies

TUC Education

TUC Education offers e-learning resources aimed at helping reps keep up to date on key workplace issues. There are a number of enotes based around equalities, and each contain a mixture of text, video and quizzes. Topics include menopause support in the workplace, sexual harassment, mental health in the workplace, pregnancy and maternity discrimination, religion or belief, domestic violence, equality law, tackling the far right, and hidden disabilities.
