Dr Nicola Cogan, along with colleagues at University of Strathclyde , has been working with a number of trade unions over the last 12 months to deliver learning programmes which focus on work, trauma and recovery .
Dr Catherine Deveney from National Union of Journalists has recently developed and delivered a therapeutic creative writing programme to support workers who have experienced trauma during the Covid 19 pandemic
