In partnership with TUC Education at City of Glasgow College, the 16th Annual Scottish Union Learning Conference will be held in person on Thursday, 13 November 2025 from 9.30am to 3.30pm.
The theme of the conference this year will be ‘Developing Union Learning: Building Fair Work in the Workplace’.
The conference will be addressed by STUC Deputy General Secretary, Dave Moxham, and Minister for Higher and Further Education.
View the Agenda here for full workshop descriptions before registering, as you will be asked to select your workshops at the point of registration. All attendees will have the option of attending two out of three workshops:
- Workshop A: Security and Fulfilment: Organising and Learning (STUC)
- Workshop B: Effective Voice and Opportunity: Bargaining for Skills (TUC Education)
- Workshop C: Respect: United Workplaces (STUC)
The agenda and workshops will focus on equipping union learning reps with the skills to build Fair Work within the workplace through union-led learning.
The conference is aimed at union learning reps and other union reps and trade union officers involved in organising workplace learning.
