Free, CPD - Accredited Age Inclusion Training 

With 1 in 3 workers in Scotland aged over 50, and there being twice as many workers aged 65 and over now than there were 10 years ago, there really is no better time to book yourself on one of these short, accredited courses.

The Age Inclusion webinar will introduce learners to the topic of age in the workplace, and what individuals can do to combat ageism when they see it. The CPD accredited Age Inclusion workshop is aimed primarily at managers to explore what they can do as individuals to co-create an age inclusive working environment and handle challenging workplace conversations around age.
