Survey for Young Workers in Scotland

August 18th 2010

For Immediate Release

The STUC Youth Committee is conducting an online survey aimed at young workers in Scotland. The aim of the survey is to promote lifelong learning and the benefits of trade unionism to young workers, while encouraging young workers to participate in learning new skills for the future. The survey will be used to find out about the learning needs of young people and the results will help to organise courses using ESF funding, through the Learning Fund.

If you are under the age of 30 and you work in Scotland, please consider sharing your opinion. The research will be an important tool in arranging courses to suit your needs and the needs of other young workers like you.

To participate in this web survey click on the link below and follow the on-screen instructions:

Please pass this link on to young workers who might wish to participate. You do not need to be a trade union member to complete the survey or to come to the training courses.
