Fair Work: Organising and Training Event

It will look at existing resources and training and what needs to be developed in the future. The event will consist of plenary sessions and workshops including:
· using Fair Work to leverage employers
· using Fair Work as part of union organising
· using Fair Work to negotiate better pay, terms and conditions
· using Fair Work to win union recognition and collective bargaining
· Fair Work agreements with employers and sign off process
· Fair Work agreements and unions working together
· Fair Work resources and training for unions reps and officials
The event will hear from a wide range of speakers from a wide range of STUC affiliated trade unions, the Fair Work Convention and TUC Education. A free lunch and tea and coffee will be provided.
Numbers are limited, therefore early sign up is recommended.
