STUC, Glasgow

Will robots take over the world? Can they think like us? Can they act like us? Let's get to grips with understanding the practicalities of an automation revolution.

This workshop will consider what makes a job safe or at risk, both now and in the future. The evening will be very interactive and hands-on with the opportunity to build and code a robot of your own! No previous computer coding experience is required and all equipment will be provided.

This event is aimed at young workers, and is part of the Scottish Union Learning Young Workers' Project. For more information, contact Sarah Collins, Young Workers' Project Administrator, at scollins@stuc.org.uk. You can also connect with the event on Facebook.
