What are the key areas of disadvantage to women in the UK pensions system?

What can individuals and union reps do about it?

In this workshop, GMB National Pensions Officer, Keir Greenaway, will provide an overview of the basic state pension and occupational pension schemes, explaining the different types and terms used, the impact of the gender pay gap on pensioner poverty and suggest actions for union reps to address the inequalities described.
