The National Transition Training Fund (NTTF) aims to tackle the rise in unemployment caused by Covid-19 by offering short sharp training opportunities for people to learn in-demand skills.

Partnership Action for Continuing Employment (PACE) is the Scottish Government’s initiative dedicated to helping workers with the advice and support they need when faced with redundancy.

Speakers from Skills Development Scotland will provide an overview of the NTTF and how unions can work with PACE in redundancy situations. Unite the union will speak about they have worked successfully to support workers in redundancy situations.
