As part of Scottish Union Learning's Summer Programme, this session will explore autistic women's experiences in the workplace.
This session will be facilitated by the Scottish Women's Autism Network (SWAN) and will include an overview of autistic women's experience and how this relates to the workplace, the 'autistic advantage' and the benefits of neurodivergent employees, reasonable adjustments, and inclusive workplaces in practice.
There will be opportunity to ask questions.
