Highlands & Islands ULR Conference 2017
Virtual delegate: take a tour around our 2017 conference and see the venue, workshops and speakers.
On Friday, 16 June 2017 Scottish Union Learning held its annual Highlands and Islands ULR Conference at the Kingsmills Hotel in Inverness. The theme of this year’s Conference was “Generations Working and Learning Together”. The Conference was attended by over 40 delegates from a variety of unions including Unite, UNISON, Prospect, GMB, PCS, ASLEF, RMT, CWU, PCS and Aegis as well as a number of guests from partner organisations.
Date Announced for the Scottish Union Learning Conference 2017
This year’s Scottish Union Learning Conference will be held on Wednesday, 15 November 2017 in the COSLA Conference Centre, Edinburgh. The programme for the Conference will be issued in due course. It is expected that around 200 delegates from unions across Scotland will attend this event. Partner organisations will be invited to take exhibition stands at this Conference to provide materials and information to Union Learning Representatives and other union officials involved in organising and delivering learning in the workplace. Further information on the theme of the Conference, invited speakers and workshop topics will follow.
